B2B Sales Operations

Perks is looking for motivated college graduates to join the B2B Sales Operations team in our Little Rock offices. This is an entry level position that is responsible for managing leads and sales opportunities within one of our three business units. To succeed here, you will need to be hungry, curious, and passionate about learning the complexities of selling to large companies. You must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset as you will be given freedom to direct your growth and your job responsibilities. Additionally, you must also be a team player as we constantly collaborate on projects and sales opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Send outbound emails
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipeline
  • Work with Marketing in Lead Qualification
  • Create Custom Demos for Clients
  • Engage in daily Social Selling practices

Skills Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to perform under deadlines
  • Ability to speak and write in a professional manner
  • Organized
  • Positive attitude
